The class schedule is as follows:

Outdoor Day Class (meet outside Morland Scout Hall)

Monday                        10:00am to 11:30am

Evening Classes at St Dimitrios Cultural and Youth Centre

Monday                        7:30 pm to 9:00pm          

Wednesday                  7:30 pm to 9:00pm

Thursday                     7:30pm to 9:00pm

Requirements

Training is open to anyone 16 years of age and older.

In Systema maturity, attentiveness, and a desire to work are a some of the characteristics necessary to learn. Basic courteousness and communication with training partners is essential in fostering an enjoyable and safe training environment for all.

What to wear

Anything suitably comfortable. For the most part students wear a t-shirt and track suit bottom. There is no set uniform.
