Skill Acceleration Intensive
After the success of the first skill acceleration intensive we will be holding our second seminar in May.
Some of the areas covered will include:
- How to objectively analyse your current level and devise a plan to improve.
- How to use the systema road map of exercises, drills and free play to fully integrate your learning and understanding
- How to train to make the most out of each session
- How to avoid common road blocks which slow down development and growth
