Training is open to anyone 16 years of age and older.

In Systema maturity, attentiveness, and a desire to work are some of the characteristics necessary to learn. Basic courteousness and communication with training partners is essential in fostering an enjoyable and safe training environment for all.


          

  
What to wear

Anything suitably comfortable. For the most part students wear a t-shirt and track suit bottom. There is no set uniform.
